That can’t be a Midas fly, the pin hasn’t turned into gold!
Ha ha! I wish! I’d love to have a collection of golden insect pins. On the other hand, they’d be mangled junk after trying to pin some of those little tank like beetles that are impossible to pin even with regular insect pins. Some of the scarabs and tenebs are SO hard you almost need a little hammer to get the pins through!
