I found the most adorable little snails gliding down the door to the Prairie Ridge offices a few weekends ago! They looked like they were racing to the bottom:

The snail on the right made it to the bottom first, though only after a massive blowout collision between the two of them. :)

Ha ha! I don’t have pierced ears though, so earrings is never a safe bet with me. :)
This is so cute! I remember, when we were kids, my brother and I used to mark their shells with magic markers and we would play to be scientists, observing their paths on our backyard.
Aw, that’s adorable! What did you study while playing scientists?
We just tried to observe where they crawled to but we couldn’t figure out why or what they fed on either, LOL!

I love snails, but I rarely get to see them. They are early risers and I am most certainly not.
I am not much of an early riser either, but this particilar weekend I was meeting a researcher who I’d help set up moth traps with the night before, so I actually got to see them. I was happy I did! Tiny little guys, so boy were they cute!
