Dunno why I’m choosing this one exactly, but I really love moth flies and was thrilled to see a pair of them together:

How cute are these flies? And they’re making more, which makes me happy. That means I’ll have plenty more to photograph in the future. :)

Those flies are trying to infiltrate moth society! They’re spies! Filthy spies! Soon they’ll be trying to infiltrate our society!
Oh my, they are adorable. I know they are found in drains, but any idea where might you find them in nature?
I only ever see them at night near my porch lights, but I do see them there consistently. That’s a documented habit of theirs, but they’re also known to visit flowers to feed on nectar.
They look like tiny ballerinas.
